Revitalization of guestrooms, guestroom bathrooms, and public corridors, introducing new finishes and the addition of ADA-compliant guestrooms on each level. The project also entailed new structural framing to accommodate these new ADA-compliant spaces, enhancing accessibility and comfort for all guests.

Updated renderings also explore the broader guest experience, including the main entrance, hotel arrival court, facade, signage, pool deck, and overall building presence. Together, these improvements give the property a more cohesive hospitality identity from arrival through the public and guestroom areas.
